March, 12th, at 2:06 PM(EST) we received a request for an offroad recovery in a private land in Tennessee. The owner, Stephen Bigley contacted us and he explained he got 3 vehicles stuck 200 yards from his driveway.
We verified the location, asked for the address as well and requested some photos. The ticket was submitted to volunteers after we got the images and the rest of the information.
At 2:33 p.m. the request was sent out. At 2:38 p.m., Brian Bowles, marked himself as engaged and contact Stephen. By 4:02 p.m., Brian updated the lobby, letting us know the vehicles were recovered.
Awesome job Brian, thanks for taking care of this offroad recovery request in Tennessee so fast.
