On June 11, 2024, a request for assistance with an offroad recovery in Ohio was submitted by Brandon Ward. Despite volunteers being far, many responded within an hour. Fortunately, Brandon freed his vehicle by 11:15 a.m. The organization thanked volunteers and encouraged more sign-ups for future requests.
On June 11, 2024, Laurie Ellis requested offroad recovery assistance in Maine after becoming trapped in water with a Jeep. David Mrak organized the response, with volunteers Craig Pushard and Benjamin Jenkins assisting. Craig documented the challenging rescue, describing the vehicle’s complex extraction process. The recovery was successful thanks to Craig’s detailed efforts.

On June 2nd, 2024, Arthur Greenlee requested help for his stuck GMC Canyon AT4X in a Michigan swamp. Offroad Portal’s David Mrak coordinated with local volunteer Kaleb Edwards, who responded by 11:30 a.m. and successfully assisted by 1:00 p.m. The situation is awaiting further updates and photos.
On June 2nd, 2024, Aaron Schwarz requested offroad recovery in Tennessee after his truck got stuck in mud. David Mrak organized volunteer help, and Moose Petersen successfully recovered the truck using a Jeep and kinetic rope. Moose provided photos and was thanked with a decal. Volunteers can sign up for recovery alerts.
On June 1st, 2024, Nathan Manalastas requested help for his Ford excursion stuck in mud in Illinois. Organized by David Mrak, local volunteers were mobilized.
